1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Each Dinat Signature physical piece is carefully pressed, inspected, and packaged in our signature keepsake garment packaging before leaving our Lagos atelier.
Direct dispatch via trusted dispatch riders or express courier.
Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, and all 36 states via logistics partners.
UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Pan-African destinations via DHL Express.
2. Digital Sewing Patterns Delivery
Digital pattern purchases incur no delivery charge. Upon confirmation of payment, secure download links are generated instantly on your screen and delivered to your email address. You may also access your patterns at any time through your Account Dashboard.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Ready-to-Wear Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed garments with all original brand tags intact within 7 days of delivery for Lagos orders, or 10 days for interstate orders. If an alternative size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure:
Garments tailored to bespoke client measurements cannot be returned or refunded. However, we offer complimentary fitting adjustments at our Lagos atelier if requested within 5 days of receipt.
Digital Pattern Downloads:
Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital files, all pattern sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical difficulty opening or printing files, our technical support team will assist you immediately.
