Terms of Service & Pattern Licensing

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dinat Signature website (dinatsignature.com), purchasing ready-to-wear clothing, downloading digital sewing patterns, or utilizing our educational resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Sewing Pattern License

All digital sewing patterns, cutting guides, illustrated tutorial sheets, and grading blocks provided on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Dinat Signature:

• Personal & Small-Batch License: When you purchase or download a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and construct garments for personal use or small-scale artisanal commercial production (up to 50 garments per year per pattern).
• File Sharing & Redistribution Prohibited: You may NOT sell, share, loan, trade, copy, modify for re-sale, or distribute the digital PDF files, printing files, or instruction booklets to any third party in physical or digital form.
• Commercial Mass-Manufacturing: Large-scale industrial production using Dinat Signature patterns requires a formal commercial licensing agreement with our studio.

3. Ready-to-Wear Orders & Bespoke Tailoring

Garments in our ready-to-wear collections are handcrafted in Nigeria using high-grade fabrics (e.g. adire, silk, linen, organza). Due to the hand-dyed nature of authentic Nigerian textiles, slight natural variations in dye intensity and pattern placement may occur and are celebrated as marks of authenticity.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices on the website are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Dinat Signature reserves the right to revise prices or adjust product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from the use of our services or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
